She's Growing up

Lately I've really been noticing how much Presley is growing up. She's independent, has her own personality and has no problem stating her opinion. She has things she loves now and things she doesn't like. She expresses to me when she doesn't want to do something or if she needs something. I know it may sound silly, but honestly it's amazing to see her own personality shine through. Just recently we noticed that she loves Tigger (from Winnie the pooh) and we thought it was just a little phase but we were wrong. She has this stuffed animal of him that she takes everywhere with her and who accompanies her to bed. She gives him kisses, hugs, and will even sit him right next to her when she eats. This was all on her own. She never owned anything Tigger and we never made a big stink about him. You would think the more toys we had of a certain character she would learn to love them, but that wasn't the case. It was love at first sight for her and I find it remarkable that she has that type of thinking. She will now take my hand and pull me around to show me something or to take her to do something. She changes every single day as she discovers new things and learns every minute. She will now watch a cartoon movie and laugh when something funny happens. As before she wouldn't even sit. She gets on rides at Disneyland and greets the characters as if they knew each other for years. It's amazing to watch. She is the coolest kid ever.
