Night Out

As most people who are parents know that going out for a good time is hard with a little one. We are so grateful that Presley loves Disneyland as much as we do! Usually on Saturday nights (if Wade has Sunday off that is) we will all go to Disneyland for a family fun night. They have amazing fireworks and it's nice to spend some quality family time because Wade is always working and there are months when he only has one day off. Not to long ago we found out that at California Disney has a winery where they sell beer and wine. It's awesome! I know some people would think it's Disneyland why would you drink at Disneyland?! Well my answer to that is because that makes mommy and daddy very happy, and it is after all the happiest place on earth, right? It's nice to be able to walk around enjoy a drink and go on rides. It's even really nice when the little one finally passes out for the night. Look how comfy she looks in there! :)

Pumpkin Patch 09

Mama's little Helper

We went to the the grocery store today and usually Presley will ride in the carts that have an attached car to them. These things are genius, because they are able to have a good time pretending to drive while you shop. Well, when we went in we couldn't find the "car cart" that we normally use. Instead we found a mini cart and I thought to myself what the heck?! It's slow in here and I'm sure she would love to help me. I handed her the cart and she pushed it around the grocery store following me. As I grabbed veggies and other grocery's I handed them to her and she placed them in the cart. This was so fun for her and it kept her busy. At the same time we were learning our colors because I would hand her every color of the bell peppers while saying it's color. It was fun and I will do it again :).

I did it!

I haven't been writing in my blog for the last few days because I've been studying for my personal certification. I wanted to get my certification through NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) and it's a pretty tough course to complete. I spent the last few weeks studying and preparing myself for the exam. I'm am proud to announce that I PASSED! I'm now a certified personal trainer. Yay for me! To make things even better my wonderful husband surprised me at home with flowers and had lit the house with candles to congratulate me. He's such a sweetheart.

As Carl's JR states: "If it doesn't get all over the place, it doesn't belong in your face!"
