Easter 2010

Needless to say this is the first Easter basket that I've ever made! It feels so special that I made it for Presley. I know this is her second Easter but she was so small last year that I couldn't give her candy and I didn't know what she liked for toys. Last year Presley only wanted to play with pots, pans, and spoons. I was really excited to make her a little basket. When I was in the process of being "creative" I couldn't help but think about the many more years that were going to have together forming and sharing these family traditions. I can't wait till our family is complete and we can share these special times with both our children (yes peanut, I know you're not here yet but mommy is always thinking about you).Here is a picture of my work it's no master piece but I think it's a good start to many more years to come. **Inside the basket I filled it with a bunch of delicious candy...a tinker bell backpack...some fun lollipops..and last but not least a sandal filled with jelly beans:)**
