GF Pumpkin Pie Muffins
1 ½ cups blanched almond flour
¼ tsp celtic sea salt
½ tsp baking soda
1 tsp ground cinnamon
½ tsp ground nutmeg
¼ tsp ground ginger
1 pinch ground cloves
2 tbsp grapeseed oil
½ cup Agave nectar
1 tbsp of Vanilla extract
2 Large eggs
(GF)chocolate chips I use one whole 15oz bag because I love chocolate!
1 cup fresh baked pumpkin (well packed)-I roast my pumpkin but if you want to buy already puree you can.
(1)Large bowl combine almond flour, salt, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger and cloves
(2) puree oil, agave, eggs and pumpkin until smooth
(3) Stir wet ingredients into dry
(4) Add chocolate chips and stir
(5) Bake at 350
