Gold Class Cinemas (Pasadena)

For our anniversary Wade took us to the Gold Class Cinemas movie theater. Now, before you start thinking "movies? How cliché!" this place is not your typical movie theater place. It's more like riding first class in a plane but movie theater style.

When you enter the facility you are greeted by a hostess who sits you down at a lounge area. Here you can order drinks (yes, alcohol!), and food.
This is gourmet meals people! Not just your plain old popcorn and boxed candy.

You wait there until your movie begins and then you are escorted to the room where you are greeted by these lazy boy recliners (that are bright orange by the way). Besides the fact that these chairs are bright orange, they were surprisingly comfortable (take my word for it I'm nine months pregnant). The chairs have a little table so that you can place your drinks and food on, but wait the best part of it there is a button on the table that you can push at anytime to have a server assist you with any orders such as refills on your drink, maybe if you’re hungry for dinner and even dessert, but last but not least you can also get a blanket and pillow all while you’re watching the movie! (We saw SALT.Which was really good). It was a great way to celebrate our anniversary together considering that I'm also nine months pregnant and I'm very limited on what I can do.
