Nine Months

Kinley is officially full term and that makes me so happy! Now, it wouldn't surprise me since she tried to come out at 29 weeks that this time she will wait till the last possible minute to make her appearance.

Who I am

I'm a mother of two and a fitness/Health nut. I love to cook and workout. Wellness plays a major role in my family ever since I found out that I've had many health problems that were related to food allergies. I can't have corn, gluten, peanuts, soy or dairy. As my husband would joke "I'm married to a cave woman" and he's not entirely wrong, other than the fact that I wear clothes and don't live in a cave, I do eat like a cave person. To be honest having these food allergies at first was a pain, but now it's been a blessing. I've never felt better in my life! I love working out and I have energy to keep up with my kids.
